I just used both parts to workout back. These are high quality gym equipment; the same you find in any commercial gym. The barbell base moves different degrees and can be easily set up underneath any heavy square base, or you can attach it to the floor by drilling two holes. You can do barbell rows for your back, landmines for shoulder and chest and legs. Highly recommended!

Works like it supposed to. Nice and sturdy. Used it so far for about 2 months, once a week, no issues.

Land mine base is top notch. Excellent quality and works perfectly. The grip is solid and is also better than expected.

Very good quality. There were two little sharp edges on the V handle but I took a wood file and 15 seconds later it was perfect.

Well built bar and land mine. Can now get in a complete back workout. If you are looking to add a v bar and land mine to your workout room, you can’t go wrong with this set.

Just what I wanted and needed. The metal is really heavy and the movement is smooth. The handle is heavy duty as well! Can also be used on your cable machine, so great bonus there! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great addition to your gym.

Does what it says. Was able to easily attach to my Marcy cage. Conveniently swivels. Have had for a few weeks now and no issues.
