I purchased this to lift my iMac so that I would not have so many neckaches looking down at my computer screen and it has been perfect! It is the exact height I need for Zoom meetings and taking notes. It frees up additional storage underneath and on-top of the unit which is also nice.

This is a high quality, sturdy stand. However, I dont use it that way. I have a cat that loves to walk on or lay on my keyboard. She has turned off the computer when I was in the middle of something, types gibberish, and routinely puts it in the airplane mode. Putting this stand across the keyboard has stopped that. She can walk back and forth to her hearts content without disrupting my work. I still have to move her when she lays down to see the screen but I am not constantly restarting the computer or wondering why pages wont load. Its a bit low to the keyboard to type, but my hands are small and I can manage but am thinking about raising it an inch or so. Still it serves the purpose I wanted so I love it.
