This backpack is nice and laid out well with multiple options and compartments. This can just hold a 15.4 laptop within the laptop compartment - the laptop we are using being on the larger, thicker side of 15.4 laptops as it is a gaming laptop. While there are a lot of nice attributes to this backpack - nice design, nice organization areas, a way to charge while connected through your backpack, etc. - this backpack is not a great fit for a taller person. Im of average female height and this backpack can be adjusted to fit me perfectly. However, my husband, who is 64, makes this backpack look like it is made for a child. I was hoping with the capacity this backpack would hold that the backpack would fit him nicely; however, it does hold the capacity well, but the arm straps are not made to fit his height without looking like an awkward fit. I really do like this backpack for myself, but I do not care for its adjustability across differing heights.

Got this as tennis bag without paying too much. Loved last bag I had for a few years but decided to go smaller and lighter. Both my rackets fit well in lap-top pocket and drink and a can of balls in side pockets as well as light jacket and other items in the main pocket. Its not a fancy bag I normally purchase but who needs fancy when lower costing bag does a job as well as the high costing ones. Now my shoulders are thanking me for less weight they carry.

The backpack is good overall but its too big. I want to return it but the RETURN IS NOT Free for the ups store / ups drop off / ups pick up options.

It has plenty of room and pockets, the shoulder straps are very soft and comfy but sturdy, and I like you can hook up a battery pack and charge your phone or tablet on the go, I ride a motorcycle alot so it definitely helps me out.

I like how durable and sturdy the back pack is. I wish the back pack side grips.

Great bag very superior quality. Love the low profile style. Tons of pockets. Charging port and built in cord a great feature as well. Love it ! Price value is also very great. Great purchase.
