I like that this backpack is fairly compact and holds a chrome book nicely. However within the first four weeks the plastic piece that the strap feeds through and that you adjust the strap length through broke. I rigged the strap in the plastic and it’s held fairly well until today when the rest of the plastic broke. So now my son has to fling this over just one shoulder.
