> 3 dayIf you have an arbor already that works with your tools you most likely wont need this one. I have a small hole saw set, but I chose to buy this saw with the arbor in case the ones I have did not fit. Turns out the arbor with this hole saw is too fat for any of my drills. Fortunately my existing arbors fit perfectly.

Greater than one weekI cut the drywall with my 18V cordless drill which was a little clunky. Love the complete kit and ease of assembly. It would work better if I used the drill with a cord.

> 3 dayThis hole saw made installing a few dozen 4” recessed ceiling lights a breeze. I also used it to punch a hole for 4” round junction boxes. Those were done through 1/2” drywall. At first the holes were a little jagged because the drywall crumbled but I think that was my fault being cautious and taking it slow. When I went full-speed beast mode it punched through clean and precise. My husband used it on a 4” duct for the dryer vent going through 3/4” Zipboard exterior sheathing - clean hole, perfection. No complaints here!

> 3 dayI used this hole saw to cut two holes in a 3/4 shiplap ceiling for fans. Worked quite well and the teeth on the saw look to be just as sharp as when I started. As others have mentioned it does required a 1/2 inch drill.

> 3 dayHole saw is well made and cuts nicely, but is too shallow to be of any real use when trying to bore through 5/8 or more plywood. If it was just another 1/2 inch deep it would be a fantastic tool, but as it is it will end up in my box of unused but cant bring myself to throw away tools.

> 3 daySo far I have bored through heavy plastic (installing vents in a double panel plastic shed) and light wood. Not sure how they would handle metal or thicker wood but as i said this is a great set for the price. Handy when you need it. I recommend if the workload isnt too excessive.

Its me
> 3 dayI have used other hole saws, and as far as cheap ones go, this is actually quite nice, worked very well, though the shank is quite large, just barely fits the chuck in my drill. Would have been a bit more convenient if it had used a 1/4 shank, then I could have used my standard extensions, which would have been nice, but its not a huge deal.

> 3 dayAs most will tell you, with tools the old adage that you get what you pay for holds very true. I only needed to cut a few holes with it, and it did so more than adequately. For my needs it beats paying over twice as much for a better quality unit.
