Greater than one week2 inches in my entertainment center. Thats all I had above my AVR and it got to 110+ degrees Fahrenheit in less than an hour. Added this unit on top of the AVR that was already a tight fit but still slid in nicely.

Greater than one weekThis exactly what I was looking for and could not find. The national expert stores didnt know anything. I stumbled upon the smaller fans, which I purchased. They were too noisy, and not really meant for audio equipment, but they sent me to your website where I found the S6 and S7, both of which I purchased and am VERY HAPPY with. They are super quiet and in smart mode keep adjusting to the need for ventilation.

> 3 dayThe unit does in fact cool the receiver, however even in Auto Mode, the fan runs constantly which I did not expect (even when we the radio is off). That Is a problem for my setup and use. Is there a solution for this?

> 3 dayWhenever I used my receiver for a binge marathon I would start to worry after a few hours because there was so much heat coming off of it. The aircom s6 makes a huge noticeable difference. I had bought the smallest model as I was a bit skeptical that it would work like it said it would. I would go back and buy a nicer bigger model because it has a few more features, but there is no need to. The S6 works great and my receiver is now much cooler. I am a believer in Aircom.

> 3 dayI was extremely impressed with its performance. I have the Pioneer vsx 1015 wired through an audio source EQ with Spectrum analyzer and have to pile 15 in 1500 watt Subs. Which cranks out incredible sound. So the receiver gets really hot. After I started using the AC Infinity, I now crank my system for hours with the receiver now cold to touch as if its not even on. I highly recommend this for all stereo enthusiasts.
