AC Infinity Controller 2, Fan Thermostat and Speed Controller, Controls AIRPLATE, MULTIFAN, USB Fans and Devices, for AV Cabinet Cooling

I bought this with two fans to control. I was building an AV system, but the only space given to me behind a BAR was a closed cabinet. So I put this unit in the door with FAN1 and installed FAN2 in the bottom of the cabinet where it pulled in cool air from under the cabinets and eventually vented out the fan on the top of the door in the cabinet.

This was part of the fan and controller combo kit. I immediately put it work on top of my home theater amp and the overheating issues havent been seen since. I dont hear anything from the fans, they automatically ramp up and down as needed, and the lcd display makes it easy to see whats going on. If they last at least 4 or 5 yrs then Ill jack the rating up to a 5.

I really like being able to monitor the temperature of my pre-amp and amp. They both run hot and are in a enclosed cabinet. The only downside is I didnt want to cut a hole in my new entertainment center so I used a Hammond 1591GSBK ABS Project Box to house the controller a extra expense but was the best option. I also taped the thermal probe to the metal chassis of the pre-amp to get a reading of the equipment not the ambient so the fans react sooner.

I used this product to cool the cabinet area for my AV Receiver. Was easy to install and does a great job at cooling the cabinet. Great product!!

I hacked an IKEA sideboard into an entertainment center and this system allowed me to keep my components from over heating.

Works great and pretty easy to install. I mounted mine on the back so it wouldnt be seen.
