I CANT STOP STRESSING HOW GOOD THIS LIVE ALBUM IS,AS IT IS ACTUALLY A GREATEST HITS COLLECTION WHICH IS BEING PLAYED LIVE.THIS IS THE BEST LIVE ALBUM FROM THIS GREAT HARD ROCK BAND WITH BRIAN JOHNSON WITH ANGUS YOUNG PLAYING AT HIS BEST.THIS ONE SHOULD NOT BE MISSED AT ALL.VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This is arguably AC/DC at their absolute best and definitely an album to own if you love rock. As for the complaints about the audio and mixing quality some of them are valid. I bought the CD version and have to say Im satisfied with what my ears are hearing, and this album really needs to be listed to on an above average stereo system - you will not be doing the band or the mixing any favors listening to these on the earbuds that came bundled with your phone. As for the crowd noise - there are definitely fade-in/out in between some of the tracks which is disappointing, but the performance of the songs themselves are fantastic and there still are gapless plays in between some tracks (e.g., Thunderstruck and Shoot to Thrill). Dont wait like I did - just buy the album and enjoy!

Eins vorweg: Als Klassiker mit entsprechend geschulter Stimme bin ich naturgemäß nicht unbedingt ein Hardrock-Fan, da vieles aus der Ecke Hard und Heavy eigentlich nur noch in Lärm, Kreischen und Rülpsen endet - und das soll dann Musik sein... Doch auf diesem Album liefern die down-unders von AC/DC das eindeutige Statement ab, was Hardrock anbelangt. Ähnlich wie Status Quo beschränken sie sich auf eine Stilrichtung, und die beherrschen sie perfekt, was vor allem live toll rüberkommt. Beginnend mit einem der perfektesten Konzert-Intros (Thunderstruck - der Gitarrenlauf bleibt jedem im Ohr) wird ein Superhit nach dem anderen gezündet, man ist versucht, zu sagen, jede Nummer ist pure Energie. Wie Brian Scott mit seiner Stimme, die ja selbst wie eine hochverzerrte Gitarre klingt, sich noch gegen seine Kollegen durchsetzt, ist hörenswert (ich möchte live nicht der Tontechniker sein...). Dazu noch lupenreine Rhythmus- und Leadarbeit. Es groovt! Kompliment an die Produktion von Bruce Fairbairn und das digitale Remastering! Wer AC/DC bisher nur unter dem Aspekt Highway to hell, TNT oder Hells bells kennt, wird auch vom Rest nicht enttäuscht werden. Eines der ganz, ganz wenigen perfekten live-Alben - es bewegt sich einwandfrei auf dem gleichen Level wie das Wembley-Konzert von Queen. For those about to rock - WE SALUTE YOU!

Being converted to AC/DC rather late in life, I think they are absolutely great, and this double cd just proves it. Great music, great atmosphere and fantastic to listen to. Yes, I am hooked! If you are just thinking about it, dont think, just buy it and enjoy.
