It lasted 5 weeks and then the display went out.

Our Acer laptop did not work when we got it. None of the USB ports worked. The first thing we had to do was call the help line and reload drivers. 6 weeks later it happened again. 6 weeks later it happened again and we had to send it to TX for repairs. They replaced the mother board - a major repair. It was a bad computer from the start but they wont reimburse the $58 we had to pay to ship there poorly made laptop back to them.

Received on time. Good quality for the price (home use and lite gaming).

The mouse stopped working after a couple months and when we took it into a repair shop we were told it was a manufacturer issue.

Had this less than a month. Has rebooted itself 3 times. Totally random; its not hot, no stress on the CPU, etc. Otherwise, not a bad machine.

Creo que es la mejor Laptop para ese precio. Ademas tiene muchas posibilidades de incrementar el almacenamiento y la memoria. Se lo recomendé a algunos amigos.

I like Acer. Its a good quality machine. My old one lasted nearly 7 years

Fan is the loudest laptop fan Ive ever heard. This apperntly is is known and I should have researched more. I used it 4 times for basic set up and web. Completely shut off for a whole day on me within a week. Amazon support told me to call acer. Problem fixed it self. Now the screen Completely went blank. 36 days after purchase. No games and no extra downloads. I turned it on and payed bills. Dont buy it!

Im far from a computer expert. I bought this computer for work because my job requires me to use a couple of different specific software programs. I needed a computer with a lot of storage, a fairly large screen, a numerical keypad, and most importantly, a cheap price tag. This computer has all of those things.

I had it less than a month and the touchpad stopped working. Of course the last day for me to return it was April 2nd and the second it went out it was April 5th. So I had to go and a mouse to troubleshoot. I tried every avenue advised and it still isnt working.
