> 3 dayOur Acer laptop did not work properly when we got it. None of the USB ports worked. The first thing we had to do was call the help line and reload drivers. 6 weeks later it happened again. 6 weeks later it happened again and we had to send it to TX for repairs. They replaced the mother board - a major repair. It was a bad computer from the start but they wont reimburse the $58 we had to pay to ship there poorly made laptop back to them.
