It seems to be a great computer for the money but the the support is really bad. First of all they do not provide a correct serial number on the bottom of the laptop. I have been going from the seller to Amazon to Acer trying to resolve the issue with the Serial number. They just wear you down until you give up.

At first I thought this would be a good laptop. We have only had it a few days and hate it already.

The USB C port is data only so it cant be used for a docking station. Thats my only complaint but I should have looked into that before purchasing.

Perfect for traveling and on the go. Easy to use and perfect for school and writing.

I received this laptop and was so disappointed with the display. The colors were muted, almost sepia. I tried numerous corrections, but couldnt fix it.

Nice design, thin and light. Nice sharp display . The speakers are very weak though

Bought this for the wife for Christmas, so far so good, She really enjoys it. Fast boot up and easy to use.
