Our Acer laptop did not work properly when we got it. None of the USB ports worked. The first thing we had to do was call the help line and reload drivers. 6 weeks later it happened again. 6 weeks later it happened again and we had to send it to TX for repairs. They replaced the mother board - a major repair. It was a bad computer from the start but they wont reimburse the $58 we had to pay to ship there poorly made laptop back to them.

Sorry Acer, we got a bad laptop. The Keyboard failed to work, so we didnt get past turning it on. We are overly leary to by another one. This is a lot of money to us, but Amazon took it back as a faulty return. They refunded the cost back to our credit card. We need a new computer. The features of the Acer with the price spoiled us and we cant find another new laptop like it. I would like to get another one, but what else would go wrong.

This laptop was owned by Acer Australia and can NOT be registered in the US. Found out after about 13 hours of setup and restoring my data. Now have to delete it all, clean the drive and return it. They could not answer my question on how to avoid this NONSENSE in the future...STAY AWAY...!!!

It seems to be a great computer for the money but the the support is really bad. First of all they do not provide a correct serial number on the bottom of the laptop. I have been going from the seller to Amazon to Acer trying to resolve the issue with the Serial number. They just wear you down until you give up.

At first I thought this would be a good laptop. We have only had it a few days and hate it already.

Love Acer products got the monitor also. Laptop very fast, blue light screen reduces glare. Tons of storage.
