It work very slow and won’t let me download anything!!.

So far im liking it there’s a slight rubbing sound when I open it but I don’t really mind it and it’s what I expected

This is one of the least expensive laptops you can buy brand new, so I’m giving it a lot of slack. For the money I say it’s worth it. However, the mouse scroll pad isn’t very good, and neither is the brightness of the screen. It can do a lot of today’s file storage and internet and it seems well built like it will last for years. Overall a good (super budget) laptop.

A good budget laptop and it performs well. Does what I need it to do.

She works fine, great price and is for personal usage, No touch screen.

Very small screen due to wasted space - 3-4 in border at top and bottom combined and 2 in border on sides reduces the screen size. The battery drains extremely quickly and does not last long - even when only using a few tabs to browse the internet. Processing is also slow, and the laptop overheats easily. Occasionally, the screen goes black during use.

Yeah I just wanted to use the facebook app. If thats all you care about this is not the device for you. I tried updating uninstalling reinstalling tech support you name it. Pretty much everything else functions but using Facebook was advertised by Acer so that is why I am giving one star

Chromebook kept crashing after one month. It wouldnt recognize networks. Calling help desk was easy but solutions were generic and didnt help the problem.

WORKS GREAT FOR ME. I USE IT FOR ZOOM CONFERENCE MEETINGS. THE SOUND IS A BIT LOW, BUT I ADDED BLUETOOTH SPEAKERS AND THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED. THE CAMERA IS VERY CLEAR AND WIDE ANGLE. ITS VERY SIMPLE TO SET UP AND USE. THANK YOU.

It is not a touch screen. Some buttons on keyboard not do work. Overheats quickly. Low price but not work the daily headache.
