Great buy, durable, fast wifi, easy to set up but unfortunately they send me the wrong memory. Bought a 64gig & they send me a 32gig & I will be returning. Gave it an overall low score for wrong item.

Cannot use a password manager to log in to Google after restarting. The unlock your phone then tap on the screen works so infrequently that it feels idiotic to sit there tapping on the screen for a few minutes. Major disappointment. Should have bought something with fingerprint scanner for log in.

I bought the original chrome book when if first came out. Cheap and served it’s purpose. This new version blew the original out of the water. It’s so amazing. Touch screen. Folds backward to a tablet. Long battery life. Fast web browsing. Bravo Google.

I love this tablet / laptop. Its so light, convenient and super stylish. Hold a charge for days its a great value for the price. Its my first adult laptop purchase and Im so satisfied.

This doesn’t run Windows, and can’t use Microsoft word, PowerPoint, or Excel. Got it for my son for college, but it’s not a computer/laptop. It’s a tablet with a keyboard. Got it for his high school graduation gift for college, bc I ordered it early, my window to return was closed. Live and learn. Not sure what to do with it now….and it was almost $400 at the time I bought it.

What a great chromebook. Got this because I was not happy with my HP chromebook. It was dim, colors muted, and horrible resolution. It was bottom lit, not back lit like this Acer. The display is awesome, very bright, reasonably fast (I did want the faster Mediatek version, but wasnt available) but this intel is no slouch. Capable of multitasking, media consumption, light gaming. The convertible functionality is what rocks here. Just flip the screen back and you are in tablet mode. Got several years left of Chrome OS updates left. Very happy.

I love this computer! I was looking for something small to take my online college classes and its just what I was looking for. I do recommend this product.
