After a few weeks of frustration with this chromebook (no trouble the first few weeks) I had decided to return it and found I had just missed the return deadline by ten days!. Problems are: switching between touchscreen and keypad, very inconsistent, having to open and close the lid often. Keypad changes characters for no reason (I have not changed keyboard language, but sometimes @ sign will be and vice versa. also other characters switch randomly. ) This comes and goes with me doing nothing. Cursor jumps around randomly while I am typing. Screen jumps around from size to size for no reason. Windows such as Chrome workspace pop up and I cant get rid of it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Bought this for my wife that mentioned she wanted one awhile ago so I got it as one of her x-mas gifts and for what little it is used seems to work well, definitely not a work horse but its not made to be... it works well with hulu & netflics videos and that was the game plan

Liked everything but the life of the battery. Ive never had a chromebook that the battery only went for 6 hours.

My honest take on this as a college student: It is a good, affordable laptop. I needed a new laptop as my 3 1/2 year old laptop was heavy heavy and as I progressed through college, I found myself needing to bring it to class more often. It had a huge display but that made it super big, too big for desks and it weighed so much. I walked to and from campus, about 15 minutes each way. I desperately needed something lighter…I was in pain. I saw this and checked reviews and saw it was one of the best, affordable laptops there was. I wanted a touch screen and I wanted a foldable laptop. The touchscreen is great and has fast response. The keyboard does not automatically pull up, you need to add it to accessibility through settings. There is no delete button on the top left corner or a caps lock button but I added caps through settings as well. It is not at all loud as it doesn’t have fans since it really isn’t a typical laptop, it’s a chrome book. The drawback is that it’s slower!! If you need to get to a page in quick time…this isn’t for you. Things take time to load. That really is my only drawback. It’s just slower than my other laptop. You must also check that things like your printer, label maker or whatever is chrome book compatible because after purchasing, I realized some things aren’t. If you’re only using this for school, this is a perfect option. It’s really easy to throw in your bag. You can forget your charger at home and still be set for an 8 hour day. The battery life is beautiful and probably my favorite feature. The sound quality isn’t amazing but is has a headphone port which is perfect if you don’t want to connect via Bluetooth. The outer casing is plastic but it’s durable. It does scratch or imprint fairly easily so get a case if you’re concerned with that. If it was a faster laptop, I’d rate it 5 starts.

Lo compré para trabajo sencillo y me va muy bien. La batería realmente dura lo suficiente en la medida que no se active el Bluetooth, viene por defecto siempre activo y la duración de batería se ve afectada dramáticamente, pero un ratón de cable usb y unos audífonos de cable, permiten trabajar bastante tiempo. Pesa como tableta pero igual funciona bien. En general me ha gustado bastante. Ahhh y las actualizaciones van hasta junio de 2026

My granddaughters STEM grade school uses this model Chromebook and they do computer programming and other classroom assignments on it. She is in love with its capabilities -- and if she is, I am!

Its a little bit slow other than that pretty good device
