First, it is quite dim, shockingly so. I have a cheap old screen from 2015 that easily beats it in brightness and contrast. Second, and actually worse, the viewing angles are poor. As soon as you move your head four inches from the center view, you see dark shades on the far end of the screen - it feels like theres a privacy screen on it. Yes, you can see the content from up to 170 degrees as advertised, but its even dimmer and continuously annoying.

I hope Acer, and the public take time to read this post. I typically dont make this effort, but I want to warn everyone who is thinking about purchasing an Acer monitor that they have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (in a foreign country)!! It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak with a supervisor or manager unless you wish to schedule a call-back at THEIR convenience and that would be 1-2 DAYS from the time you request this. The large screen monitor I bought for publishing is a lemon, was bad right out of the box. Having bought the extended warranty didnt even help get this resolved. I purchased this monitor for my work, but I have completely wasted the finances to purchase it.

This Acer monitor has been a great investment so far! I bought this as an upgrade from my previous monitor, in both size and quality. So far Ive been happy with my purchase. It is lightweight and makes my gaming and work better. Is it the best quality picture youll see? No, its not. But it is very good quality for this price. Im not a hardcore PC gamer so I dont need the super expensive elite stuff, this is perfect for me.

and the display is very nice. I didnt realize it was white, but my son doesnt seem to mind.

I wanted this monitor to look at drawings and plans. The pixel rate is too low to make dimensions and notes clear without blowing them up huge. For the money spent though, I’d have to say I’m satisfied. I will be looking for an upgraded monitor in the very near future.

I needed a bigger screen while working from home and the assortment of products to choose from was dizzying. For the price and the technology I settled on this and what a great buy! Total worth the price, and really good quality.

This monitor looks as expected for the price, not bad. The menu and buttons for the menu on the other had have problems, and the ACER website cannot identify the product using the Serial number meaning you get no help from them. After spending more time than I should have I find that the drivers dont like Windows 11. Returning this monitor.

pixels are too large or not close together enough... result is not crisp picture

Needed these for a remote display in an entrance way. They work just fine and seem like great quality for what I needed them for.

NOTE: Does not include an HDMI cable. Clearly stated in description however I still think its worth headline mentioning as it seems almost archaic to not include with any monitor in 2020.
