I ordered a Acer laptop for my wife for Christmas 2021. It was not used for over a year because my wife continued to use her old lap top. In Jan of 2023 I started to use it and noticed the SSD was almost full. I ordered Ryzen with a 500 GB SSD card and a 1 TB hard drive I received a 128 GB SSD, also I was suppose to have 16 GB of ram and a 1060 video card. Neither did I receive. It just has a 8 Gb ram and no video card. Because Its been over a year I cant get any satisfaction. So buyer be ware double check the products from Amazon. or else you might be cheated.

I was trying to find a new Acer laptop and found this. Everyone I was finding not enough storage. Im glad I stumbled and found this. I just finished transferring everything on. Runs fast. Light weight. Just need to get use to the smaller screen went from at 17 to 15.6. Everything bus great thus far. I love acer best brand that Ive came across.

Great product for the price but I wouldnt write this review if it werent for the missing sad that big metal piece next to the fan is where the ssd is supposed to be theres no 32gigs of external memory and no ssd.

Acer did amazing job with this laptop. Easy to setup and get going. The display looks fantastic! Its simple, fast, and light. Perfect for those folks who need a basic quality laptop.
