Frequent Blue Screen Of Death. When I first purchased it, would happen perhaps once a week. After owning it 1 year, it now happens twice a day. BSOD doesnt appear to be related to high computer usage as it is just as likely to happen when idle or watching a YouTube video as it is while playing a game. Never had this problem with any other computer I have owned.

Item purchased new and arrived by the seller BESTRY in a box enclosed with check packaging contents packing tape. The bottom chassis was cracked, the seller was unresponsive to my return request, a dispute was filed, and the product was received for free thanks to consumer protection laws. My son is into minecraft and a few other desktop games and this fit the bill. While its no $2500+ desktop gaming rig, it is perfect for our needs. It is a lot bigger than I thought based on the photos. It is solid too. I set him up on his desk with an extra monitor and hes as happy as can be. Should bring plenty of years of joy.

So I spent 1500 on this. 2 days into owning it. I havent gotten 2 use it yet due to a death in the family so when I set up windows. I installed cod just to pull it up to see the picture quality, and I noticed a red line down the screen and a Grey line going across the bottom. Havent touched it since dealing with the death. So today I woke it from a sleep and typed in pin and when it went into windows. The screen started flashing Grey like a no signal..

I will make this plain and simple. For those of you who are looking for something where you can just get right into gaming with high/ultra settings with great FPS without breaking the bank then this is the laptop for you. Very fast boot times, very little bloatware and easy to set up. This thing will run all of your games either on high or ultra settings by default if that is what you prefer. I recommend buying a cooling pad preferably the one from kootec. I have no issue with temps at all. The cooling pad keeps things cool. But overall the performance this thing delivers for its price is awesome.

Very nice for gaming and has an RTX graphics card, good for 3D software applications like Blender or Maya.

Very good and capable computer, but the high temps make me wonder how this piece of kit will be after 3-4 years in a power users hands. Guess we shall see.

I bought this as a replacement for my Acer Nitro 17 (2016) model. I like this laptop a lot! The charging and HDMI ports in the back are a nice touch. The screen looks great, and the customizable RGB keyboard is fun. I bought this for school work/gaming and I know I wont have an issue doing either with it. Also another nice surprise was how much tension the usb ports had on them. Ive never owned a device that holds onto thumb drives and cables like this thing does! No worries about something coming unplugged accidently.

Purples appear blue, reds appear orange, greens more yellow-green. Ive attached pics that show my ~$450 Acer laptop from 4 yrs ago (left) outperforming it in color accuracy (right).
