I specifically bought a Windows 10 machine, and it was shipped with Windows 11.... aside from that it arrived on time and appears to be as advertised

Beautiful, large laptop. Was so excited. Charged it up, powered it on and within the first ten minutes or less, it restarted without prompting. Thankfully I wasnt working on anything that needed saving. I attempted to download Steam and run a game. Within another ten minutes it restarted again from it obviously powering off without any prompting. Cant use a gaming laptop if you cant even work on Microsoft Word or a video game without worrying its going to shut down immediately. In the three hours I owned it, it powered down six more times. I packed it back up and called Amazon, which was another nightmare. They wanted to give me the run around about UPS pickup rather than shipping from store. I have a full time job and live alone. There is no one to be there to meet at a time that I couldnt even schedule. Id be at the mercy of UPS on when they wanted to arrive. I had it packed up and ready to ship. Finally after a very frustrating few phone calls between Amazon and UPS they sent me the shipping label as they should have done all along . Now Im sitting here fearful that theyre going to try to pull some other stunt on Amazons end not to refund me almost $1200 of my hard earned dollars for this junk that doesnt even work. Buy your technology from another source than Amazon, folks. This has been and continues to be a nightmare.

First of all, this laptop is built for power, not for portability. To that end, this is definitely on the heavier side, partially because of the size of the screen and the components. This laptop prioritizes cooling of the components over streamlining. The screen does not flip over, and the power port is on the back.

My son is into minecraft and a few other desktop games and this fit the bill. While its no $2500+ desktop gaming rig, it is perfect for our needs. It is a lot bigger than I thought based on the photos. It is solid too. I set him up on his desk with an extra monitor and hes as happy as can be. Should bring plenty of years of joy.

As a beginner gamer, I dont know all the details that makes a gaming computer good. Gaming on this device is a very distinct experience compared to regular PCs and laptops. From what Ive noticed there is no lag on most games, it handles graphics intensive games well, and the hard drive size makes it easy to download multiple games without running out of space. Compared to my everyday laptop (ASUS Chromebook), this handles games without struggling, lagging, or just outright crashing. Ive used this laptop to play most of the mainstream games (COD, Apex Legends, Destiny, etc) and had a great experience. The performance maintained the same smoothness even with adding a controller.

This thing is a work horse and can handle anything you throw at it. Its almost as powerful as my $4k PC!!

Very good and capable computer, but the high temps make me wonder how this piece of kit will be after 3-4 years in a power users hands. Guess we shall see.
