Greater than one weekVarious Acer laptops are being delivered damaged or completely useless. This one is no exception. The box came in with one half ripped open like a rabid animal was locked inside. Not only was the box terrible, but the laptop came in dead! It does not charge and after some fiddling, I discovered that it’s the laptop’s power supply that doesn’t work.
