muy buena calidad, la verdad es que trae todo lo que dice en la descripcion es de 17 pulgas la lap osea que esta muy grande y esoes bueno la calides de la pantalla y super para lo videojuegos

The battery was not retaining charge, the software was corrupted. I was only able to use it 2 times. Then the device was requiring startup repair, but i was never able to get it out of that state. Unfortunately, I was not able to request a replacement to give them a second chance, only a refund. Still waiting for a response.

Venia todo perfecto en un embalaje que era imposible que viniera algun desperfecto, el portátil cumple con las expectativas con sobresaliente, muy bueno, la unica pega es que hay una pequeña mancha en la pantalla casi indetectable que hace que en ese punto se vea mas clara, quizas ya la pantalla venía así por que no creo que fuera por el empaque, debe ser cosa del proceso de fabricación justo en la que me enviaron por el resto perfecto.

When I got mine it had the black screen of death but I looked online how to fix it and it took 14 hours to fix before the screen would work again, then I had to reinstall windows 11 and that took another almost 3 hours. Very much a pain in the rear to fix. I used the laptop for a week now and few more issues happened, the screen will sometimes go static and everything looks wrong and the whole thing will crash randomly when that happens. Only keeping it for now because of its specs and I need it for work.

I spent too much time not having the right PC to get the job done. So when I say that I am over the moon Happy about this laptop... I am not exaggerating.

I have been needing a new laptop for a little while now as mine was a bit too out of date.

Very cool laptop, super fast loading. Super fast online. My son is happy with it.

I love this Laptop! I play online and the graphics are fantastic!

This is the first time Ive ever experienced a newly purchased device not even turning on. Im wondering if this is actually a new computer.
