What it claims to be - a very capable gaming laptop. But oh man...what Im most impressed with is the Acer customer support (never thought I would say those words). After about a month it stopped booting up. They didnt waste my time - just had me check a couple of things, then sent me a FedEx shipping label. Dropped it off at FedEx, they fixed it and sent it right back. It was a dead SSD, which they replaced without any hassle. So, happy day! First time Ive been pleasantly surprised by tech support!

Amazing laptop for 2020 gaming and video editing. Using it for my college program and application development classes and it works fantastic. would recommend!

I love my laptop. It is hands down the best laptop I have ever had. Amazingly fast, graphics are incredible and I love having a pretty keyboard. The battery does not last long at all but that doesnt matter to me.

Dont be afraid of my Mid battery life rating. There is a lot of power in this device, and it requires a good amount of energy to run. The fact that it can last so long at 144mhz with all these parts is relatively impressive. The laptop matches or exceeds all expectations I had for it and came in at a lower price than any other laptop of this quality on the market. The claimed 2060 is actually 2060 mobile, which is basically a desktop 1070 with raytracing, still can do horizon zero dawn at 75fps on ultimate without overclocking and 90fps on death stranding max settings without overclocking

Researched for a graphic arts computer without breaking the bank. This one came up as #2 next to Apple. Does what i want very well.

Love the premium feel of the machine and it runs all games so well

The laptop has no problem playing any games and staying relatively cool. If you’re going to game on it, it has to be plugged in because the battery just doesn’t provide the necessary power to run the gpu and fans without dropping serious frames. In that same light, it’s almost unplayable without headphones because you can’t hear anything over the fans. If you’re just using it as a regular laptop or do work on spreadsheets/db it’s great and if you’re editing some video it’s no problem on battery power alone.

This laptop works just like I was hoping it would!! And the price made it perfect for a college student!
