Did not purchase from Amazon, but I wanted to share my horrible experience. Purchased this gaming PC for my son to also use as a HW computer. This PC has been in repair and in transit more times that it has been in use.

Fast, reliable, good looking, Best computer I ever bought. Its also quiet.

The computer showed up DOA would not even boot to windows.

im not going to comment specifically on the other towers but based on my interactions with acer support im going to assume this goes for all models and not just the one i bought.

i ordered this on sale, right when my laptop died, and it has been such an upgrade from my old laptop, very awesome computer!

I managed to snag this on Black Friday for $1099. With a 12700F and a 3070. Based on prices, it was well worth just going the prebuilt route.

It is awesome. Worst part was the WIN11 setup. Was going to use WiFi but didnt connect to my WIFI6.
