> 24 hourThe reason why this gets one star is because right out of the gate the build has a major flaw it only has 1 fan in the back 1 fan and the rear and the way everything is set up the system cannot properly be cooled be cooled under load the CPU was sitting at 90゚CThe reason why this gets one star is because right out of the gate the build has a major flaw it only has 1 fan in the back 1 fan and the rear and the way everything is set up the system cannot properly be cooled be cooled under load the CPU was sitting at 90゚C Constantly even if I pulled voltage it woultage it was still not a degree Celsius On paper the build looks good but do yourself a favor and get something that you can at least run properly and maximize performance

> 24 hourI’ve built all of my previous PCs but have been a bit out of the game for years since my last PC was suitable for my needs, until it wasn’t. I looked at build options as well as various different PC gaming manufacturers. This Acer Predator, with a 12th generation I7 and an nVidia RTX 3070, was on par with pricing if I chose to build. While I was unimpressed with the case and USB availability I can say that it runs great and neither are issues for me. The fans ramp up louder as you are playing games or doing anything CPU/GPU intensive, but it’s not out of the ordinary. The only way to avoid that is with liquid cooling. What few issues I’ve had with the PC were related more to Windows 11 than PC hardware (some settings, especially power/sleep, needed to be tweaked). The included keyboard and mouse are pretty standard but do sync with RGB lighting of the case. The tempered glass side cover is optional and is shipped in its own internal box. Once installed I believe it helps with some noise cancellations. Overall, I’m very happy with this gaming PC and would recommend it for those that want a decent gaming PC and are on a budget.

> 24 hourIt did power on when it arrived but froze within 24 hours and would not start back up. I combed the internet for a about 16 hours trying every solution I could find. Nothing worked. Called tech support and their recommendations were VERY VERY basic and were all things I tried in the first hour. Acer won’t warranty because it’s from Amazon. Got a best buy membership and had them take a look at it. They said it’s toast. They couldn’t get it to boot after replacing, cpu, ram, graphics card, basically everything but the motherboard. Really disappointed. Returned and praying for a refund soon

> 24 hourThis purchase was an amazing value for the money specially with gpu prices still at an all time high, but be warned however that the power supply that came with this specific model only has 500 watts, so if you want to do your upgrades like more ram and hdd make sure to upgrade the power supply first
