Yes they have speakers but they are very poor quality. It needs to be at 100% and still difficult to hear.

What good is a laptop if you can’t connect it to a wifi network? This Acer Swift laptop has been glitching occasionally since it arrived, but yesterday (less than 6 mos. after it arrived) the network device just died. Of course Amazon didn’t take responsibility after 90 days, but their rep was super helpful connecting me with Acer tech support somewhere in southeast Asia. The laptop comes with a 1 year repair warranty. The catch is, you have to pack it up, ship it at your own expense, and wait from “15 to 20” days for a diagnosis. Oh yeah, and don’t expect to have any of your files intact upon its return. It’s a colossal hassle!

This laptop works great and is a very manageable weight for travel. It was a very good decision to buy this one.

1. AMAZON Delivery Problem: Seal broken on box exterior & seal broken inside box to access computer. 2. PROS: Lightweight, SUPER FAST boot up/shut down, great pic quality 3.CON: keyboard missing home end keys 4. CON: arrow keys tiny solution - i attached $15 full size keyboard . 5. CON: does not come with Word, Excel, etc. but find a friend working for school/univ or a government to buy set for $20 for you?

After 2 months the speaker stopped working except intermitently and when it does it is totally garbled and full of static and crackling. The keyboard works fine until it stops completely and I have to restart the computer. This happens every few days. Really ridiculous for a brand new machine. And of course its not possible to return it now.

Fast. Powerful. Sleek. The keys feel good. The backlit keyboard is awesome. Screen looks great. This bezel is easy on the wrists.

Been using it for a month now and its a workhorse and light as a feather. Excellent price to performance! It gets used for basic web surfing and word processing and we notice no heat or noise. We are very happy with this purchase.

We are happy so far with his computer. Its very light, the screen is like a crystal and it is lightning fast thanks to the SSD

Need help with password issue no help keep sending me to Microsoft ....

Update on 9/9/2020: Laptop got repaired about a month ago. The keyboard has now more issues than it had. The shift key is functionless. It works for left side keyboards keyss, but do not work for right side keys.
