Best laptop I had

Its what youd expect. Solid performance from the new, updated CPU/GPUs. I was looking for a more minimal looking laptop with these specs at this price point, and this sort of fit. The chassis is a little outdated in terms of its design and the trackpad feels a little clunky, but overall a solid laptop.

The laptop worked fine for a year, then started getting hot when I was using it or charging. It died last week, and the local computer shop said the motherboard is fried, and the replacement cost is the same as a new laptop, so it looks I’m now in the market for a new laptop. I’ve had good luck with Acer laptops in the past, which is why I bought this one. Don’t know if this is just bad luck or a problem with their thin/light lines, but I think my days with Acer are over.

Overall, it has good performance and a good battery life. I am happy with the screen. The only drawback I can think of is that the fans can be occasionally noisy but I think the pros (price/performance) outweigh a little bit of noise. It does everything that I need it to and the keyboard/trackpad are pretty good.

The Acer Swift X is lightweight with well more than satisfactory graphical power. Excellent for students who want to do school assignments and games on the side. You really wont find a better price for what you get in a laptop. Only advise id give is to maybe wait for the new Swift X laptops to roll out since they have a better display and more graphical power. But in all honesty, even with the new laptops out this acer swift x is a very very good laptop to buy.

The laptop takes care of many of my day to day activities as well as my gaming needs. The battery for games runs on a average of 3 hrs. Normal use averages around 9 to 12 hrs. The fingerprint thing is a great feature to quickly access the laptop. It handles a lot of things at once which it great for me and your needs as well. I can see a lot of potential in this laptop. I recommend getting it whenever theres a deal on it, its worth it.

The performance on this laptop is excellent with its RTX 3050ti GPU. I am not a heavy gamer, so it is more than enogh to handle my games such as LOL and AOE4. Not to mention this laptop is only about 3lbs with incredible long lasting battery.

I got this for personal and light work use. I do some freelance work and this performs well and manages many tabs open and can process through downloads without slowing.
