> 3 dayMy dentist recommended a fluoride mouthwash to help rebuild enamel on a tooth with a sensitive root. I had been using an alcohol-based mouthwash which did a great job helping keep plaque under control and made my teeth feel really clean. Unfortunately, I gave it up due to concerns raised by recent studies as far as links to oral cancer. So, I switched to ACT, a non-alcohol mouthwash. It seems to work well and has a really clever built-in measuring system. It doesnt leave my teeth feeling quite as clean but the nerve sensitivity in my tooth has gone away...Im assuming (but have no proof) that it is due to the fluoride in the ACT. Its worth noting that, despite the fact that my local water system uses fluoride, we have a lot of minerals in the water that give it an off taste so I drink and cook with water processed using reverse osmosis which removes the fluoride (among many other things). So, Ive gone over 20 years without any regular fluoride exposure that the ACT helps correct.

> 3 dayI have used the Cinnamon Act for years and love it. I am 73 and it reminds me of 50 years ago when the dentist would always use a cinnamon rinse. I have tried other flavors, some quite nice, but I always go back to this. Plus, the container is very nice because it allows you to squeeze what you want into the little cup on the top then use it. Very nice.

> 3 dayCant stand mint first thing in the morning. This cinnamon flavor is wonderful and does the job well. I was delighted to find this old fashsioned flavored product in a modern, flouride-including solution. Thanks, from all of us who prefer cinnamon to mint.

> 3 dayBeware of the ACT products that have the screw off drinking cap. Its so much un-cool. I think ACT has the BEST distribution system in the squeeze and use. THIS PURCHASE HAS THAT! I give it 5 stars...a rare for me. However, ACT will put on Amazon the cheap way out with others, beware.

> 3 dayOne of the bottles was cracked with only a little loss of liquid. I managed to salvage almost all of the contents. The packaging was a well padded envelope which should have precluded this from happening. other wise I am well satisfied.

> 3 dayI love the dispensary method: Squeeze the bottle and the mouthwash will fill up the top. No need to dump it into the cap and no mess! Happy with the high fluoride content. I have crappy teeth for a mid-twenty year old and fluoride is my only saving hope. I have had less cavities since using this. Pleasant flavor and texture too.

> 3 dayI prefer non-alcohol mouthwashes because the alcohol ones are just too harsh, so Im pleased with the minimal-burn aspect of this product. I also like the exact-pour mouth of the bottle that keeps me from taking more than needed. However, this product has a funny plasticky taste to it along with the mint flavor. Its not truly offensive, but it is noticeable.

Greater than one weekCinnamon flavored ACT has been difficult to find. I am not allowed to have mint or mint products as I am on a homeopathic regimen so the cinnamon fits the bill. Hopefully the grocery stores and drugstores will begin to restock it.
