Its mouthwash! It has a dosage cup to assist with correct quantity used; otherwise, fluoride exposure may not be sufficient or beyond sufficient usefulness.

Act mouthwash is pleasant tasting. It pays to swish it around your mouth for a minutes before spitting it out to let the fluoride do its work.

Was recommended by my Dentist many years ago, the anti cavity one, there is more than one type.

I love this product!! I bought it for my daughter to prevent her from getting cavities. So far so good. Will definitely buy again this mouthwash will be my go to from here on out and honestly it’s worth it.

It’s not too minty, but leaves your mouth fresh . It lasts for a long time and easy to use!

My dentist recommended this to fight cavities. Seems to work great! My favorite thing about this particular bottle is the dosing lid. You just squeeze the bottle and it fills up the ‘cup’ at the top, so no need to pour it into a loose cup. Great design.

Its very easy to use... remove lid, squeeze bottle, and drink out of the measuring chamber at the top of the bottle (and put cap back on). Swish it around for 30 seconds while im doing something else, then spit out. Feels like it cleanses inside my mouth, although i cant prove that. Is supposed to make the tee stronger with flouride.
