I love that the kids can do it themselves. Squeeze the bottle to fill the but in top makes it easy and they dont over fill their mouth and either waste it or spill it. The flavors are great too. Unfortunately they all have a different favorite flavor.

I purchased this for my 3 yr old he can not rinse or spit so I put his tooth brush in the cap and brush some fluoride on his teeth. He always has a perfect check up and his pediatrician dentist approved this product and he loves the flavor

UPDATE: Ive bought a number of these through Amazon and the latest one tasted odd (almost flavorless) initially. I fixed it by gently tilting the bottle to mix contents and then I purged a couple of doses to clear the tube inside. After that, it was fine. Since it was once, Im not knocking down the stars, but Ill update again if it happens a second time.) Ive used and loved ACT fluoride rinse for years and Ive always bought cinnamon because I have a sensitivity to strong mint flavors. Sadly, cinnamon has become hard to get (or it is far more expensive than other flavors). So, on a lark, I looked at the fluoride strength of the kids ACT. Its the same as adult! And the kid stuff is as inexpensive and easy to find as the adult mint (that I cant use). The blue is more of a general fruit punch type flavor - kind of like fruity gum. It obviously doesnt give you date night fresh breath like mint or cinnamon, but its still a pleasant flavor. The pink bubblegum flavor isnt bad, either.

I wouldnt say its exactly grape. A little medicine-y I guess. I will say the flavor is very strong and a little overbearing at first so if you or your kid prefers less strong flavoring then Id say you can never go wrong with bubble gum.

Positives: I dislike the mint flavor, so I am always trying different mouthwash flavors to find something I like Acts Pineapple punch flavor. It is not too sweet, not chemical-tasting, and tastes like a real pineapple. I like it! Negatives: I dislike the packaging with the straw in the middle. It makes pouring out of the bottle so difficult. The bottle is 3/4 full, but the straw stopped squeezing the liquid into the cup at the top, and I cannot remove it. I think I will need to cut off the top of the entire bottle and move the content into another bottle. General: The active ingredient is Benzyl Alcohol. To all my artificial grape flavor lovers out there, THEY DONE DID US WRONG!! Now, was I expecting Big League Chew grape flavor? No. Its a mouthwash, cant have that much sugar in it right? I went in with a perfectly reasonable expectation of grape flavor in liquid kid medicine. But somehow they couldnt even do that (I could also be realizing for the first time *just* how much sugar goes into cold syrup...). I mean, does it taste as bad as Grape Mt Dew... probably not. But gosh darn it us grape flavor enthusiasts deserve better!!! (Ive never actually had Grape Mt Dew before, but since there are no actual survivors from it, Im left to having to assume that its the worst grape flavor out there). Unfortunately, this is just another sad tale of a big bookoo spending way too much time knocking easy flavors like watermelon out of the park (which ACT definitely does), giving little to no love to the other flavors out there. I mean, golly, why even bother trying to make other flavors? I would bet my second toe that to this day, ACTs top executives have yet to try the grape flavor. DAMN YOU AND YOUR PROMISES OF A DELIGUOUS GRAPE FLAVORED POST-BRUSHING ANTI-CAVITY RINSE! Still giving it 5 stars because Im sure it still works great as a kids mouth wash. And, even though I have strong opinions about the flavor, its not so bad that I think theres a risk of kids spitting it out or anything. Also, the easy-squeeze cap is super cool, I learned that I was using way too much mouthwash. Just wish I could have learned that lesson with happier taste buds.

My almost 3 yr old is too young to swish but I dip his toothbrush in this and brush his teeth after toothpaste. I’ve tried it, sweet but good for kids. I’d buy again
