I purchased this product because the box clearly states Mac OSX 10.6 or later. I went to use it and nope not software compatible. I emailed customer service which took eternity and they said nope sorry. THIS IS ILLEGAL AND IMMORAL. Im not eligible for a refund and have now lost time and money in this process. NEVER BUY FROM ADATA. Worst customer service you could imagine. They LIE on their products. Wrong. Just wrong.
