Greater than one weekI was a little hesitant to spend so much on a baby blanket, but I took the plunge and am so glad I did! This blanket is just as soft as the regular aden & anais swaddle blankets, just much thicker and warmer. Our daughter never really had a favorite blankie until we bought this for her and now she sleeps with it and wants to carry it around with her all of the time. Our daughter is 23 months old and this blanket is the perfect size for her to cover up with at night. Most other blankets were much too small to actually cover her up. We also bought this blanket, in the blue color, for our newborn son but it is just too big and bulky to wrap him in yet. I do use it to cover him up in his car seat, or lay him on it on the floor when we are at someone elses house. Its nice to know that he wont outgrow the blanket anytime soon and hopefully will use it for many years to come like his sister. The blanket washes well and seems like it will hold up well in the long run.

Greater than one weekI love Aden + Anais products and have a lot of them. Im the most disappointed in these. Maybe its just mine in particular, but the muslin cotton is not nearly as soft as their swaddle blankets. This blanket also pills where as the swaddles dont. Also, I had a top load washer and the agitator has seemed to stretch out the outer layers, even in the delicate cycle, so they hang over the edge of the blanket. It makes the blanket look old and worn out. Not what I expected. Not worth the money to me. It is very breathable so its suitable for spring, but I think it would be too heavy for summer.

17-11-2024We love all things Aden and anais. The dream blanket is no exception. I love that its so oversized, really great for snuggling. I used this in the summer months and have continued to use it into the fall. We have been warm and comfortable for feedings. I keep one in the living room and one in the nursery on the rocking chair. I think the size will make it appropriate for a toddler bed too.
