Its big enough for a change of clothes, boxing gloves, extra water bottles, headphones, tablet (I like watching South Park on the treadmill), and other gym gear. It fits into the lockers or cubbies at every gym Ive been to thus far (Planet Fitness and Anytime Fitness locations.)

05-06-2025Got this for our son to carry his martial arts gear. Perfect size for some padding, Gi, boxing gloves, etc. There is a small zippered pocket on the inside perfect for keeping small items (like ring/jewelry) so it doesn’t get lost in the bag. Recommend!
