I got these to go in a frame, but they are too short and too wide.... That said, they are well structured and I can just place them on the floor for my cat.

Great product. My cats fight over it and I am going to have to order another one. I tried making a duplicate here at home using a Costco box- nope, my cats prefer this box and don’t use my make-shift Costco box.

This cat scratching area is composed of 5 separate corrugated cardboard pieces that are stacked on each other inside a larger box. It comes with some catnip to sprinkle in the corrugation holes, and Bingo! Kitty goes right for it and exercises his sharp little claws like crazy. We do not want him to scratch furniture, so if he goes to a chair, we pick him up and redirect to this box. The board pieces are reversible, so it is like buying 10 surfaces. If one board gets really worn out, toss it and go to the next one. Genius!

These are very simple scratching boards, but my cats love them! I ordered a pack of three, so I gave one to my two cats, one to my dad’s two cats, and one to my friend’s kitten. All five cats started using them right away! Cats will be drawn to the rectangle shape of the boards. They’re also very lightweight, and would be perfect for bringing along if you travel with your cats.

These cardboard scratching pads for cats are exactly what your feline friends need. While they may not be fancy, they are functional and give your cats the necessary surface to scratch and sharpen their claws. These pads offer the same quality as those you would find at a pet store or Walmart, but at a more cost-effective price point - the main difference is that they dont come with a partial cardboard box surrounding them. Although they may not perfectly replace an overused, pricier scratching pad, my cats like these just the same.

My cat has some sharp nails and cannot be bothered with us trying to manually or electrically grind them down a bit. She likes to try to scratch them into the carpet or sides of couches and we just cant have that. So we got this multipack of cardboard scratch mats for her to use. They are nicely compacted and quote dense for being cardboard. It comes with 5 packs total that can be swapped out when the cat destroys the others. It does make a little bit of a mess when scratched and the cardboard rips apart, but Id rather clean that than replace other items in the house... No real complaints here, it works as intended.
