> 24 hourI had never gotten one of these corrugated cardboard cat scratchers before. I picked up one and gave it to my cat to sniff at. She wasnt too interested. I put it on the bed where she was andI scratched on it with my hands. She wasnt too interested in it. I grabbed one of her paws and did a scratching motion on the pad. She wasnt too interested in it. I put it on the ground and headed to the kitchen to get a glass of water and before i was half way there i started to hear my cat scratching the pad. I looked back and she was really going at it. Then she looked up and saw that i was watching her. So she went back to the bed and acted uninterested. Five stars.

> 24 hourWhen I ordered these, this listing was for three inserts and no box. Thats what Im (and several others) are reviewing. I measured the width on these and they matched my standard-sized scratchers, so I got these as replacements. What I didnt check was the length — they are about an inch too short. Ill have to wedge them to use them, but my cats probably wont care. They love cardboard scratchers, so these will make the run through the claw-mill and scatter their ashes throughout the house, and my cats will love it, and I will tolerate it. :)

> 24 hourI did my homework when I was looking for cat scratchers. My cats like this type, but the singles that are sold in stores are too expensive. I bought a different brand on Amazon last year, but its not sold anymore. I gave this one a try and my cats really like it. I sprinkle a little catnip on it to encourage them to use it instead of the carpet or furniture. The box is just a regular cardboard box. Its not reinforced like the other brand I was buying, so the corner ripped sooner than I wouldve liked. No big deal. For a five pack of these boards, you cant beat the price.

> 24 hourThis is a good set of cardboard scratchers. My cat rarely turns down a cardboard scratcher, so he is not the best tester for them, but these seem fairly comparable to other good ones that are not torn up in a day. The 3 pack will do good as refills for boxes that will hold their size. I would get them again.

> 24 hourI recently added two kittens to my family, and they scratch way more often than my adult cat, so theyre going through cardboard faster than I expected. This pack should last me a good while! The kittens took straight to it, immediately digging their claws in. I have a couple different holders for these kinds of refills, none of which fit without cutting it down, but thats okay. Honestly, a holder isnt even necessary.

> 24 hourMy cats go through scratch boards like water so Im constantly replacing them. Being able to order as a 5 pack allows me to go longer in between purchasing. Cats like them, so win win.

> 24 hourMy cats had another scratching pad that was a bit better quality. The cardboard was a little denser. However, it cost about twice the price of one of these pads. So, for the price, Im pretty happy with this pack. Now that I have five of them, I can spread a few about the house. Also, the images shown depict the item exactly. You shouldnt be disappointed when you receive it. Too often the product doesnt seem to match the photos provided but thats not the case with this item.

> 24 hourGreat product. My cats fight over it and I am going to have to order another one. I tried making a duplicate here at home using a Costco box- nope, my cats prefer this box and don’t use my make-shift Costco box.
