Perfect on a 31 liter tub for my ball pythons going to order more for when I add to collection. No need for a thermostat if you use a good amount of substrate. My ball pythons do prefer to move the substrate out of the way for more heat not hot enough to burn if you keep the watts down .

Bought these for a friend who has a reptile rescue. She says they are awesome!
