No breakage or anything, no obvious reason, just stopped charging after a few months. The other ones that we had in the junk drawer still work just fine, its like my 10ft one I used every day just gave up.

Seemed very nice when I got them but each one only lasted a couple weeks before they stopped working or taking 4+hrs to charge even when switching between multiple fast chargers.

These cords are super rugged. I work at a RV repair center and I use these cords on my tool box, tool cart and in my office. The red color makes them easy to identify in a sea of black USB cords. I have also not damaged any charging ports since switching to these as the cord angle is not straight out of the port. I would highly recommend.

Update: The company has sent replacement cables, free of charge. Time will tell how long they last but Im adding a star simply for the excellent customer service. Worthy of note is that the new cables I received have different internals to the usb-c vs what I originally have. (See photo) Maybe a design update?

These cords stopped charging my pixel cell phone after just a few months of use. The battery would fail to charge, and the battery icon would just flash. Its not a problem with my phone because other chargers and cords work fine. Wish I would have just spent my money on a nicer name brand product.

Hubby and grandsons are always destroying charging cords because they just yank them out. With these, the yank motion does not work. You must remove them correctly. I wonder if some charging cords will be sacrificed during the retraining process.

I have a phone that will tell me if something is charging slowly, quickly, or normally. When I plug these cables into a standard wall adapter itll tell me theyre charging slowly. When I use a lightning wall adapter that I normally use to charge things quickly itll tell me its charging normally. These are NOT fast charging cables. Will be returning.

Great value for the cost! Love the right angle entry as it works much better for use with desk stands. Very sturdy construction and love the braided cabling.

I dont know why all cords are made this way. The cord is out of the way when charging and using. Best cord ever ❤️
