The cords are made of stronger feeling materials and they connect securely to my phone so it does not unplug if I pick up my phone or tablet as it is charging, thats with a hard Otter case on my cell phone.

My wife likes to stand her phone up alot will ots charging so the L angle of this charger makes it ALMOST impossible for her to bend. I hope these last long then the original sttaight kind. So far so good.

At first this cable worked great - used it in the car for Android Auto hook up. But, after about a month or so, it just wasnt connecting consistently. Now, it works for 20-30 minutes, but then all of a sudden it disconnects. POOF! There goes your map directions! Happens nearly everyday. Bummer.
