Ive use Airbourne many years during cold or allergy season. Now with covid, I feel it strengthens my immunity even more. PS - Airbourne was invented by a teacher needing protection from little sneezes.

I take one in the am. When Im feeling low on energy I take an additional one in the pm. Its not cheap but regular vitamins upset my stomach. This tastes good and does not make me queezy.
