Aircraft Tool Supply Safety Lock Wire (.032)

Good quality for a very reasonable price.

This stuff is safety wire. Its just exactly like every other can of safety wire Ive ever seen or had, except its in a much nicer plastic can instead of the old cardboard one. Cant think of any way to make the review more complicated than that.

Tried this stuff out for a project on my truck, which it has worked beautifully now for over five months. It has not rusted yet or broke. Highly recommend for stainless uses where you dont want it break.

Used this to safety wire brake rotors and a few other parts I didn’t want to come off. It was easy to work with, nothing snapped on me, poked me just like the fancy stuff does. When I run out I will buy more.

I can not find any locking wire in town, so i ordered it. I am glad I chose this brand, this is really nice stainless steel wire. Comes in a easy to use can with wire holder nubs on top so you do not have to hunt down the end. On my 4runner I have my oil pan, transfer case and transmission fills and drains safety wired along with other parts, So considering normal maintenance times I can not see using this up any time soon but when I do I will be ordering more of the Malin brand wire in the .032.

I’ve been using this same safety wire at work and decided I had to have it at the house. With a good set of twist pliers, I strongly recommend Robinson Jet Twister M-84…they are no longer made but authentic near perfect pairs can be found on auction sites, there is no end to its uses.
