Product doesn’t work. I’ll have to return. It worked the first time I tried it. Went back the next day and nothing.

Sound. Bar is mounted high and the remote make it very convenient to control when needed.

Bought this as a replacement remote for LG sound bar. Worked right away without having to pair it or anything complicated

Worked as described right out of the delivery box after adding the batteries.

The product had two problems. One: It didnt come with batteries. Two: It didnt come with an instruction manual. The remote did work but I would of paid a few extra dollars for it if it had batteries and instructions.

Didnt even need to program it. Added batteries and it worked right out of the box.

Is there a manual pairing option? It doesn’t automatically work with my NB3530A Sound bar. However the power button for the television at the bottom of the remote does work and it does turn off the TV. It just does not turn off the sound bar or control the volume on the sound bar. Any help would be appreciated
