    Opened package installed batteries....and nothing! didnt work. so no problem. Found out the batteries that came with the remote were dead, again no problem. Installed rechargeable batteries and my remote worked fine. So dont be alarmed if youre new remote fails it may be batteries and double check your TV model to see if you ordered the right remote.

    Our original remote died...may it R.I.P....so it was time to get a new one since my children complained that I was using them from cheap labor and they were going to unionize.... searched high and low and came across this remote since one it for for our tv and it was totally in the budget.
