Alfred Dunner Womens All Around Elastic Waist Denim Missy Capris Pants Jeans

I chose this rating because I bought a pair of these pants several years ago. The were so comfortable that they went with me to South America on a 8 week sojurn through the Andes. I have used them to garden in and remodle the bathroom. They have held up great but after so much time, I figured I needed another pair to wear to town, shopping, etc. (I still have and use the old ones--in fact Im wearing them while writing this review). Now that I know where to find these capris, I will be buying a couple more pairs. I recommend these pants to anyone with a hard-to-fit figure such as mine (translation: big butt and thighs) as they look good and are versatile.

I love the way these fit. Not too baggy or tight. The pockets are made very well also. They lie flat against my hip & thigh and look very well -made. I am 5 feet four and 1/2 inches tall, and weigh 180. The other reviews said repeatedly that these run big, so I ordered a size 12. They fit and look just like the picture, which is a nice surprise for me. Measuring from the floor up to the bottom of the hem it is 10 and 1/2 inches. I can honestly say that I love these pants. I am going to look for more of this Capri in other colors because I am so happy with my purchase.

These are very nice capris; however I had to send the first pair back as they were too large. These capris run large.

Comfortable

I like the material and color and the fit in the legs and stomach. But they were way tighter in the waist than I expected. I can wear them, but they are a little uncomfortable in the waist.

I was pleased with the fabric. Some of my other denim like pants are too hot for the summer here in Florida. However, the photo of the pants shows a tapered leg. They are very loose fitting through the leg. I did purchase them to wear around the house so I am keeping them.

I checked, double checked and triple checked the size and fit chart that is listed with these crops. I measured my waist before assuming. These jeans are a balloon fit. My waist is 41 and these could easily fit a 45+. The belly puffs out a whole alot while standing and even more when bending and sitting. The legs are huge too. Because Alfred Dunners size chart is extremely off, I now have to go through the process of returning them. I hope this isnt a case where they hope you wont go the trouble and they get to make a sell anyway. Pitiful. Angry!

I was so disappointed in the quality of those capris! The fabric was not like previous purchases. The fit was too baggy, also. I donated them to a thrift store, and will not purchase that brand again.
