> 3 dayThe white Velcro tabs are meant to attach to the handlebar, I think? If not, there is nowhere to attach them. I took the first two photos of the rain cover installed with seats fully reclined. More coverage for children’s laps. The other two photos are with the seats upright and the cover pulled back... and the forelegs would be completely exposed.

> 3 dayIts nice for the price. It will do its job, and thats really all I care about. It fits my baby trend stroller okay. The back part isnt as cute and structured as I would prefer it to be, but like I said, itll do.

> 3 dayBought this to go over my Zoe double stroller. Fits great and is a quarter of the price. Folds up small which makes it great for traveling, especially to Disney!

> 3 dayGot this for our Disney trip for 2 weeks ago and it worked perfectly for the afternoon rain we got. It was easily packed and folded back up nicely. It served what purpose we needed it too and we will use it for next time. Our stroller we used was Kolcraft double umbrella stroller!

> 3 dayWorked great for trip to Disneyworld. We have a joovy scooter x2 and it fits great but if you recline the seats and have this on the feet are exposed and could get wet. We just had our boys sit up so we didnt have any issues with them getting wet.

> 3 dayKept our stroller and kids dry during a trip to Disney World during the rainy season. Withstood more than one absolute downpour lasting longer than 30 mins. Fit just fine on our Delta Children LX Side by Side. We used battery power fans underneath the cover to keep air flowing inside so it never got hot or stuffy while in use.
