All-Purpose Carry Bag

Zipper broke the first day in the field. Very upsetting.

I ordered this to go with the Garrett Metal Detector I bought my husband. It seems to fit it fine.

Good for storage

My ACE 250 fits in this bag perfectly. I think if you have your detector length set to very tall, then there might be issues fitting it into the bag. Even then, just shorten the length of the detector when you store it - not difficult to do with the ACE. My only con is I wish there were more pockets. There are 2 pockets - one large pouch and one smaller sleeve type pocket on the outside of the larger pocket. As is, I can fit my Lesche Digging Tool & Sod Cutter easily in the large pocket, as well as other small non bulky items. The small pocket can only hold smaller flatter items because its not a pouch. Imagine a back pocket on a pair of jeans, except slightly larger. My coil cover and headphones wont fit anywhere except inside the bag with the detector. Its too bad as there is plenty of space to add extra pockets and the bag is not tight at all as far as the width with the detector inside of it. Overall, I would still buy it again.

Purchased the Garrett Metal Detector bag a few days ago. Very disappointed with the bag. My Garrett Ace 250 metal detector is 44 long on the shortest lenght. The bag is only 42 long. The metal detector is too long for the bag. Guess it would fit if I was to take it apart but....that seems silly & useless. Would not have purchased the bag if I would have known it wouldnt fit unless I took the metal detector apart. What a rip off! Update...I would like to say that the company stands behind its product. They emailed a response on my review and was very concerned that I was disappointed with the bag. The company made things right and in this day and time that very seldom happens. Most of the time its all about selling the product. But not this company. It is important to them that the customer is satisfied. I must say, I am satisfied now.

The product is fine, its the waste of paper and cardboard. The box was so big that there was 21 feet of packing paper in a 2foot square cardboard box for shipping a product that is a few inches in height.
