Stainless Steel Shower Squeegee: $9.99 at the time of review At the end of last year my wife and I decided to do a bathroom remodel. While it took a long time (is it just me, or is it like, a prerequisite that all contractors are terrible at communicating?), we were super happy with the end result. However, through a set of random circumstances, it took us another six months or so to get the shower door for our master bathroom shower installed. Its a big, beautiful, 7 foot tall glass door. It absolutely makes the room, but unfortunately its a little prone to water spots. So naturally, I turned to Amazon to find a shower squeegee that can help me keep that problem under control. Honestly, there isnt a lot to say about the squeegee. Something like this either works or it doesnt. In this case, I opted for the 12 inch version (wider blade means less strokes to clean) and I couldn’t be happier with it. I opted for the matte black version and it looks great! The rubber end of a squeegee cleans the door perfectly (it doesn’t take more than about 10 seconds after a shower to wipe all the water off). And perhaps most importantly, all of the metal parts of this squeegee are rounded corners. That means that I’m much less likely to scratch that gorgeous glass door. I also love that it comes with two different hanging options (with 3M adhesive mounts). Ultimately, this was a great $10 cleaner. It cleans well, has safety features to help protect my glass door, and comes in at a great price. This is a super easy five stars out of five for me. I would totally order this over again.

I got this for our new master shower that has a big flat glass door and window that this is suitable for wiping down. I think the claim of car in the listing is nonsense. You wouldnt use this on a curved surface at all! Theres actually not much rubber sticking out of the metal, so youd have to be pretty careful about the attack angle regardless. Thats not a big deal in my case, but the one thing just looking at the finish, it looks a lot more like chrome than polished stainless. Well see how it holds up and if it ever pits, etc.

Got this squeegee to use in the bathroom for our shower doors. There’s nothing to this squeegee that separates it from the back. It was nice that it came with 2 different types of holders that utilize 3m adhesive to adhere to the wall.

I got this for my shower and it seems to be holding up nicely. I choose the 10 inch gold option and it is a perfect size to clean the doors. Ive also used it to clean the windows and it doesnt streak and cleans well. I wish it has a sponge on one side to help clean better.

I liked the look and feel of this squeegee, and the fact that the handle was nicely shaped and easy to hold. It seems well-made, and since its metal parts are stainless steel, it should have no corrosion issues. Being just 10 inches wide, its easier to maneuver around obstacles than my usual 12-inch squeegee. The two self-adhesive hanging hooks it comes with will work for a variety of applications. Its great for flat areas, like windows and mirrors, but I wanted to use mine for getting water off my shower walls and tub. The silicone blade did not leave any black marks, but since the blade extends only 1/4 inch past the stiff metal part, theres rather little flex to it--which means that it doesnt work very well on surfaces that are not completely flat (like the walls of my shower enclosure, the bathtub, etc.). So Ill use it for windows and mirrors, but keep my old squeegee (with its deeper flexible blade) for uneven surfaces.

My new bathroom has a glass shower door. These are typically designs I despise but Im on a budget so the shower stays as is until its no longer functional. And in the meantime I learned that in order to get out of the shower you must wipe the water off the door before you open it otherwise you create a pond. Enter in this gadget. It fits well inside my very small shower stall since it has the equivalent of double sided tape hooks included. They work just like command strips and stick well. The bonus shower poof hanger is nice. I will suggest that you take the time to place them level so that it doesnt bother your obsessiveness in the shower because once theyre stuck thats it and theyre permanent.

Gold colored plating has no visual flaws. Included 2 adhesive hooks are held in place with double sided foam tape. Adhesive is strong. But concerned how long they will hold up with the continue splashing water from the shower. Double sided foam tape will usually break down with extended water contact. Would prefer that they used the 3M black double-sided tape.

I have a glass shower enclosure, which is always hard to keep clean with hard water. Im able to increase the time between a full cleaning by using this squeege after showering. The silicone blade is flexible and wipes away water easily, and I liked that a couple of different types of hooks are included to hang it up with. The ability to get these in different finishes are useful to match to your decor, as well.
