Old remote stopped working for our soundbar. This replacement came quick and works great. Threw some batteries in and that was that!

When the remote for my sound bar turned up missing and the chorus of I dont know and not me was echoing throughout the house when I asked- I decided to try a replacement- Flawless. Those who have the vizio soundbar know you are stuck without a remote as it controls everything!

I ordered this to replace the remote that my dog chewed up. The serial numbers matched and there was no programming required. I pressed power and the system turned on with all previous settings. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the back cover doesn’t click on and stay very well. With general use it’s fine but if you drop it or move it too quickly it will slide back. Not a big enough reason to return.

Work well with my Vizio sound bar although my sound bar was not on the list for compatibility.

Service was prompt, ordered to replace one lost when we had guest at Thanksgiving
