Wonderful

I tried two different kinds of these before I purchased this one. The first was from the hardware store and the second from the auto parts store. Neither could hold the tiny (vehicle wire from harness) that I needed to test and they ended up slipping off when trying to pierce the wire or I was just unable to place the probe deep enough into the wire. This one has a curved area that traps or holds the wire while it it pierced, which easily worked right away.

Good quality. The piercing option is great for inline checking. The noise buzzer is perfect. Much better than just a light. Quality tool.

The design makes it easy to pierce the wire to get a reading. The others without the wire holder can slip and puncture your finger instead.
