Amazon Basics Carry-On Garment Bag for Travel and Business Trips with Shoulder Strap - Black

Used this for a recent trip and it held more than I expected and was well made

I just received this today after returning a comparably priced and disappointing garment bag from another company. This arrived very nicely packed in a box, plastic wrapped inside, and in perfect condition. The bag is attractive and sturdy. Others I looked at were a thinner fabric and wrinkly. This is well made, has just the right amount of pockets and features. The main front pocket has compartments and an inside, zippered pocket. I will be able to use this for suits plus all of the things I would normally put in a carry on back pack - laptop, iPad, headphones, cords, and of course, hand sanitizer. For those wondering how these bags work as carryons, the idea is theyre flexible enough to fold over so they can easily fit in the overhead or under the seat. Perfect for what I need and at a good price. I can highly recommend.

Practical garment , reasonable

I recently ordered several garment bags to try out for a business trip coming up. Most of them had really thin and flimsy gym-bag type material to them, but the Amazon one was actually really nice. It has thicker material and feels a bit more structured. As a taller guy at 64, my jacket and pants had no problem fitting into this bag. There was plenty of space where I could have easily put in a couple of shirts and other clothes as well. It has a ton of storage all over the bag, and the zippers feel thick and sturdy. The chain that comes with the bag in order to hang it up was vastly better than some of the other bags I tried. Its made of thick metal and is big enough to fit over a door or in a hotel closet. The back of the bag has a place where you can slide it over your carry on luggage handle for easy transport. The front pocket I think could easily handle a laptop. It is pretty big, so Im not sure itll fit under the seat as a personal item, but it should have no problem fitting in the overhead bins on a plane. Im not sure how it would do as a checked bag, but the material feels pretty sturdy. The bag has three tie down straps on the inside, and the middle strap is padded to decrease it wrinkling from being folded. Ill update this review once I manage to bring it on a trip, but for now Im really impressed with the quality of this bag, especially for the price. Overall this is a great, basic garment bag.

Its a great size holds what I need, durable

Fit my suit , 3 dress shirts and a top coat in it and it fit into the overhead compartment with no problem

I was pleased. Liked the inside with its pockets and things to hold your clothes in one place.

Great value was able to carry two blazers and 4 shirts and slacks. Make sure to adjust holding/placement straps properly as I tightened mine causing some minor wrinkles.

We put three men’s suits in this bag and traveled from the US to Europe, on a cruise and back - worked better than expected.
