Amazon Basics Deluxe Microfiber Car Wash Mitt (2 Pack)

Not much to say about it. It works as intended. Just hard to rinse out well.

After using this car wash mitt for over 6 months, I just dunno how they priced it for less than $2.50!

Amazon basics items are a hit or miss. Some items are really good and some are horrible. I find private label items are produced by name brands without the hype/advertising/packaging. So I gave these wash mitts a chance purely based on price. For one, these are average size microfiber mitts that hold a lot of water when soaked. They are surprisingly heavy to use but provide adequate coverage to wash the vehicle without worrying about scratching your clear coat. I find myself having to squeeze some of the soapy water out otherwise the mitt can be too heavy unless you slide your hand into the mitt. Even then, you will find your arm will get wet. They are a bit difficult to wring all the liquid out and takes a long time to line dry after use, but hey I rather have a thick/heavy microfiber mitt over a think/light one. Time will tell if these hold up as name brands do but for the price and after a few washes, I’m impressed. In fact I purchased a second set for future just because they are so economical.

I keep this in my garage in an empty bucket. It has lasted two summers. We rinse it after washing the car. It looks like new still. It does a fabulous job cleaning the car. I did not know how much time I was spending with a smaller sponge. This really cuts down the time cleaning since it absorbs so much soak and water and covers a bigger cleaning area.

I have a decent car that I just want to keep clean, this is a basic wash mitt that cleans well but doesnt have anything special to phone home about if you have a collectible or fancy car, go buy something nicer but, if you just want to clean the car up and get the job done this is the mitt for you.

How they hold up, only time will tell but first time use was very good.

If you ever wished you had fuzzy muppet-like hands when cleaning your car... well, wait no longer. This is a fantastic solution that absorbs a tremendous amount of water and wipes surfaces very clear and clean. Definitely Recommended!

great car washing tool

Got these after reading reviews for these and others. You get two, so thats a bonus and they fit well and dont slide off your hand. I use mine while using the foam gun I bought and they work very well together. They are nice and soft so dont hurt the car finish. They sure do hold the suds and after I rinse them and out and out them away in the garage they are still damp a day or so later so they really do hold the water!!
