Basic bag for work.

I use this bag everyday to go to and from the parking lot, several blocks away, to my office building. It serves its purpose and keeps me from needing to carry on my shoulders several bags to get in and out. Its not perfect, but its good for a bag that isnt costly to make sure Id actually use it. The bag itself is holding up well with daily use for the last 8 months. The only problem I have is that the wheels seem to have worn out or through to their inner core which makes some funny sounds as I walk. The little divider between the front and back half of the bag is useful, but as others have stated, if you have small items, they tend to slide back and forth between the two pockets. The laptop pocket in the main compartment has held up very well despite the abuse I throw at it every day, including multiple devices in that pocket. It has even handled being dragged up stairs quite a few times with minimal wear on the back.

I just received this bag today and am very pleased with the construction of it. I have an HP Envy laptop that measures 16.5 inches across and 19 inches diagonally. It is large and heavy and difficult to find a reasonably priced bag to carry it in. I purchased this bag because I am now in a field that requires I carry my laptop back and forth to work. It is too heavy to carry in a bag on my shoulder, so I wanted a laptop bag that would roll. Like others, I was worried about whether my laptop would fit in this case. To be clear, my specific laptop is too wide to fit in the padded section of the bag, but it DOES fit perfectly right outside the padded area. I dont plan to travel with my laptop, so that does not concern me. The bag has lots of room for files/documents, power cords, a cell phone, pens, etc. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

This rolling bag is perfect for carrying my work to and from the office. I have been using it for some time now and it travels with me every weekday. It has held up well and is so easy to pack/unpack, is steady and is easy to roll. I would definitely purchase this rolling bag again. But its holding up so well, I may not need to do that for a long time.

I purchased this sometime now and bought another one product as backup and that broke in three weeks. This is the best and it is going and going and going. This product helped save me time after time.

I travel locally for work. I use this to carry my laptop, charger, 3-ring binder, several folders, lots of pens, pencils, mouse pad and mouse. This review came for the second one I purchased for a co-worker a month or so ago. I’ve had mine for over 2 years and that’s what I’m basing my rating off.

Inexpensive carryon. Designed well. I bought the 2 year protection plan to cover any damages that could happen and still it is the most affordable bag for your buck. Insurance is only seven dollars.

I am a Information Technology consultant and on a daily basis carry my laptop and equipment to different client facilities. I have been using rolling laptop cases since 2004 and had multiple brands and models: here is how the AmazonBasics version compare (based on 8 days of usage since it arrived): 1. Great value (most other case i used average between $75 to $200). 2. Conveniently Sized: My Lenovo Yoga 720 15.6 laptop and accessories fit with room to spare and the overall size of the case is great when you are constantly moving through facilities (think elevators full of personnel, lunch rooms, lifting the case to the trunk of the car and storage under assigned cubicles). 3. Good Build Quality: the extendable handle, pockets, zippers and wheels feel sturdy enough for daily use (even when rolling through rough and uneven sidewalks / streets). My only dislike is that even thought there are 2 separate zippered compartments they are not fully separated; there is a space in the bottom of the bag where your accessories can freely move from one compartment to the other. My strategy for rolling laptop cases was to buy the best and most expensive model that I could afford and hope it lasted for years; now with these prices I expect to replace rolling laptops cases as necessary through time without having to spend a fortune.

The bag was affordable and the storage space and compartments are great. The laptop area has padding to secure the laptop and keep away from other items in the briefcase. The handle doesnt seem to be too sturdy but Ive had the briefcase for about a month and is holding up well. I will continue to handle it with care. I work remotely two days out of the week so the bag is great to load files, laptops, and office supplies I carry back and forth every day.
