Amazon Basics Urban Garment Bag - Dark Grey

The dark grey color was more of a brown color. When I first got it, there was a brown stain on the mesh pocket on the inside, but I didn’t think anything of it and had laid it on my bed then tucked it into my closet. The next day, I woke up with bites on my leg in clusters of 3s. Think these may be bed bug bites. Now taking every precautionary measure to make sure it’s not bed bugs. This was the only new item I introduced on my bed. I don’t lay on my bed unless I have showered and don clean clothes and don’t even wear shoes in my house. If I do have bed bugs, it probably came from this garment bag. The stain may have been a crushed bed bug blood stain. Will update in coming months if I end up having an infestation. If you do purchase this bag, put it in the dryer for an hour to kill any bed bugs and eggs before introducing it to your bed and closet. It’s already too late for me. :/ Not sure if someone bought it, used it, then returned it. The plastic packaging it came in was rolled up and taped instead of sealed.

I love this. I dont travel much, but when I do, its for work, and I need to travel with slacks, dress shirts, etc. So this was a great item to get. Perfect for your clothes to not get wrinkled, and theres a lot of room for multiple outfits.

This garment bag is perfect for traveling. Its easy to fold down and is very light. I travel for work and need to look professional so these bags are perfect for keeping my business suits looking pristine. I cant speak to how durable they are as I havent owned very long. But so far so good and for the price, you cant beat it!

This garment bag is really *really* nice. I am very impressed with how high quality it is. It’s perfect for travel, it has handles on top and a zipper around the outside edge so that you can fold it in half, zip it, and then carry it. The material is thick and sturdy. It has zippered pockets on the inside so that you can easily pack accessories and/or jewelry that goes with an outfit without anything getting caught on delicate fabrics and causing snags or stains. This is perfect for performers who have to transport wardrobe or a costume between gigs and also perfect for anyone traveling to a special event such as a wedding, business trip, etc. Very simple, discreet, classy way to keep an outfit clean and safe and at the ready. If you’ve ever had to scramble to find a dry cleaner in an unfamiliar city the day before a big event because your clothes got stained or rumpled from being in your suitcase, you know how stressful and inconvenient it can be. This is an easy way to save yourself the stress.

Likes - Garments stay together well when folded for carrying. 3 nice zippered pockets for small things. Easy to carry when all zipped up. Nice shoulder strap. Nice materials Dislikes - The hook to hang it up is too small to hang on a standard clothes rod. Maybe made to hang only on a valet rod? It is a little small. I’m a 6’ tall man and I have to cram my suits in a little if I still have the hangers on. Maybe this is for clothes not on hangers? Probably needs to be 4” longer but width is good. Fits 2 men’s suits with 2 dress shirts. Won’t fit much more than that.

I love the fact that these are so lightweight, and that they will take up less room in my closet, and still keep your suits, and other garments together. This folds into a suitcase-style zip bag. Very clever indeed! My favorite this year, in the bag category. I just reviewed a garment bags that were not only too large, but very awkward in the closet hanging. They had a thin recyclable material, just an excess of it. The other ones are great, and also lightweight, and are made by the same manufacturer as this one. Great quality, easy to see in so you can pick out the right garment without unzipping the bag. There are handle loops as well as the other side dedicated to a hanger. Great choice. Enjoy!

This is a well made garment bag and as nice as some higher end bags for a fraction of the price at the current retail of under $30. Great for travel but also works well for storage to keep your clothing protected.

This is a very good quality garment bag compared to others Ive encountered. It will fit one or a couple of outfits inside, plus a few accessories. The zippers zip smoothly with no annoying catching and the bags straps fit comfortably in the hand allowing a good grip. I am pleased with it.

Good: -Good strong zippers. -The dark color is great for travel. -Mesh pockets for miscellaneous travel accessories. -A handle and strap for carrying. -The bag has a hook for hanging. Bad: -The outside zipper was odd with velcro at the end that was not explained. I found that it attached inside the bag. I am not sure what is it’s purpose. I ordered this garment bag for an upcoming trip. This is a really nice simple bag. It is lightweight and easy to handle.

Gets the job done but doesn’t hold many garments. Not many hangers can fit
