This is a nice and sturdy shelf. Very easy to put together, just 4 allen screws that go into metal inserts that have already been put into the bottom of the shelf. Thats a nice extra touch so you dont strip the screws going directly into the wood. I know they are designed to raise your monitor off your desk, and would work fine for that. I have a desktop mount arms mount for my two monitors, so I am using it to put my desktop computer on to keep it off the floor. Gives you a nice 4 inches or so lift, and is plenty sturdy for either purpose. The wood shelf feels heavy and doesnt seem like pressboard at all.

Jai un MacBook Pro que je pose sur ce bureau portatif tantôt dans une pièce, tantôt dans une autre et jai donc toujours le visuel à hauteur dyeux (même si pour le clavier ça fait un peu haut tout de même pour pouvoir écrire rapidement).
